Papercut badge readers are installed on at least one copier in each school.


Before coming to the copier:

1. Install Papercut as a "printer" 

2. Choose Papercut to send your print job to


At the copier, swipe your badge over the card reader to see these options:


Here's how each option works:

Print release - to print a file you sent to the copier. If you sent several print jobs, you can select the ones you want.

Device functions - to reach the copier home screen. Click on "OK" to get the "classic" copier interface. 

Scan - to scan documents and send them to your email address. Verify or edit the entries for Subject and Filename, then click on Scan. You can click on Scan More. When you are ready, click on Send.


Please remember to click on LOGOUT when you are done.
